Red lobster Biscuits! You know the ones! The biscuits you devour when you get them delivered to your table at Red Lobster. The ones you hate to sheepishly ask for more as soon as they are gone? Or because your significant other ate them all while you went to the restroom?

The key here is to use really good shredded cheddar cheese and don’t forget that half teaspoon of chicken granules. The granules add so much flavor to these biscuits!

The best part is that you can easily grab another garlic cheese biscuit without having to wait for a waitress, or sheepishly ask for more! You can eat to your hearts content!

The cheddar adds additional color to the biscuits and the butter mixture brushed on top provides a burst of garlic flavor! I like to mix butter with Better than Bouillon Garlic paste. This garlic paste is smooth and tasty without being “biting”, if you will.

Drop by heaping Tablespoons 1 inch apart onto a sheet pan lined with parchment paper. Bake at 450º for 10 minutes. Combine butter and garlic paste, mix well, and brush over biscuits. Bake 4 minutes longer or until golden brown. Serve warm!

Did you know you can also use this recipe as a pizza crust? Yes, you can make a cheddar garlic pizza crust and it’s so easy! Just make up the dough and press it onto a lightly greased pizza pan and pre-bake it before you add your toppings and bake it a little more! This would be great for breakfast pizza, although I’d back off on the garlic a bit for breakfast. Oh how yum!

Now how is that for hot and fresh, melt in your mouth delicious? Enjoy my friends!
