Sometimes you just need a little alfredo sauce. Maybe to dip some bread in or to top some pasta. Oftentimes, buying a jar is just too much and it goes bad before you get to finish it all. Not to mention that most store bought alfredo sauce just isn’t very good!
I’ve got you though! Of course I have a From Pantry to Table recipe that you can whip up in advance and in no time at all. This is EASY Alfredo Sauce to make!

To save you from all of those very long winded blogs, let’s get right to the point! You can do this and it won’t take you but a moment.
Ingredients:
1/2 c. organic all purpose flour
1/2 c. Thrive Life Butter
1 c. Thrive Life Milk Powder
1 t. Salt
3/4 c. Thrive Live freeze dried Mozzarella Cheese. (You can substitute pepper jack if you prefer. )
Directions:
In your food processor, add all of the ingredients listed above. Pulse to combine. If adding the freeze dried cheese, pulse until there aren’t anymore lumps.
Store in a Mason Jar. I prefer the pint and a half jars.
Option: Add garlic powder for a Garlic Alfredo Sauce.
To Make the Alfredo Sauce:
Add 3 Tbsp. of Alfredo mixture with 2-3 Tbsp. water (or milk). Whisk together and simmer in small pan until it has thickened.
Note: This recipe is easy to double or triple if needed.
We used this on a prosciutto alfredo pizza. Easy to make and tasted delicious!
