Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked rice (or instant rice)
  • 1/2 cup freeze-dried shrimp
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried peas and carrots
  • 2 tbsp freeze-dried onion
  • 1 tsp freeze-dried garlic
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp oil (coconut, olive, or sesame)
  • Optional: freeze-dried egg or powdered egg, reconstituted

Instructions:

  1. Rehydrate shrimp and vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in skillet. Sauté veggies, garlic, and onion.
  3. Add shrimp, then rice. Stir-fry until warmed through.
  4. Push to side of pan, scramble eggs if using, then mix in.
  5. Add soy sauce. Serve hot.
