This Cheese ball is perfect for serving with soft pretzels! It makes a wonderful accompaniment to a soft, hot pretzel! It’s also good with toasted Naan bread or crudités, or even with pita chips.
Ingredients:
- 2 8 oz cream cheese blocks, room temperature
- 1/4 c. Fresh Chives
- 1 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 t. Garlic Powder
- 1/4 t. Fresh cracked black pepper
- 1 package Buddig Beef, chopped up into small squares

- Place all ingredients into a bowl. Using a hand mixer or wooden spoon, mix until blended well. Divide mixture in half and wrap into balls. Wrap in plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator.
- Cheese ball can be froze for up to 3 months. Thaw and use.
Serve with pretzels or other favorite dippers. I like to scoop the dip and put into small containers, so they are easy to grab and go! This recipe filled 7 of these Disposable cups!
