Cheddar Beef and Chive Cheese Ball

This Cheese ball is perfect for serving with soft pretzels! It makes a wonderful accompaniment to a soft, hot pretzel! It’s also good with toasted Naan bread or crudités, or even with pita chips.

Ingredients:

  • 2 8 oz cream cheese blocks, room temperature
  • 1/4 c. Fresh Chives
  • 1 1/2 c. Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1 t. Garlic Powder
  • 1/4 t. Fresh cracked black pepper
  • 1 package Buddig Beef, chopped up into small squares

  1. Place all ingredients into a bowl. Using a hand mixer or wooden spoon, mix until blended well. Divide mixture in half and wrap into balls. Wrap in plastic wrap. Store in refrigerator.
  2. Cheese ball can be froze for up to 3 months. Thaw and use.

Serve with pretzels or other favorite dippers. I like to scoop the dip and put into small containers, so they are easy to grab and go! This recipe filled 7 of these Disposable cups!
